Paperwork
Tech Notes Example
This is an example of the template I use to take tech notes, usually this file is operated on Google Sheets so that I can invite the designer, the shop managers, and the wardrobe supervisors to view the tech notes in real time as I am taking them. This paperwork is categorized and organized by type and priority and is essential keeping tech week organized for me.
Budget/dressing list example
This is one example of how I have budgeted for a show, incorporating the budget and dressing list into one document is helpful when I am designing on my own with no assistance. This paperwork was created in Microsoft Excel and is used to keep track of the budget, where an item can be purchased, and if the item was purchased.
Dressing list/Character scene breakdown example
This paperwork is an example of a dressing list for a large scale show with many ensemble members. This paperwork was created in Microsoft Excel and is an organized list of the items each character is wearing and what scene they are wearing them in. This paperwork is helpful for the wardrobe supervisors when organizing quick changes.
DRESSING LIST/RENTAL TRACKING
This paperwork is another example of a dressing list, however this example includes photos of the actors in their costumes, rental tracking information, and a space for laundry care information. This paperwork was made in Google Sheets and is digitally shared with the wardrobe supervisor for real time viewing of changes and for them to edit the care information.
